Nicole Akers

Born and raised in Alaska, I have a passion to help my fellow Alaskans reach their dream of homeownership. As a Yupik Eskimo I especially enjoy working with other Alaska Natives to help them take advantage of HUD 184 loans which are designed to facilitate homeownership in Native American Communities.

I started my career with Residential Mortgage in 2007 while studying finance at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, making me an experienced guide who is able to lead you through your home purchase or refinance process.

As the branch manager of the Fairbanks office I am proud to let you know our team was chosen by the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors as 2017 Affiliate of the Year.  

I have the dedication and determination of a marathon runner because that is what I am, and what I love. My work is second only to my commitment to family and my community.
